Hepatocon Ne, Northeast India’s first independent and dedicated platform for promoting areas of research and related studies on Hepatology.
Established in 2008 by Gastroenterology and Hepatology Trust (GHT) Guwahati, aims at bringing together professional clinicians, specialists, consultants and researchers across the country. It has a comprehensive system to facilitate widespread research, knowledge sharing, consultancy services, shaping the minds of targeted groups of people to pursue and maintaining widespread relationship with various National and International organizations.
We exist in a heterogeneous society with diverse lifestyle and food habits which add to undeniable liver diseases and where treatment modalities are evolving showing up promising results.
As we feel the need to create a sense of awareness. We look forward to foster a speedy yet sustainable changes in improving the standardized systems, actions and procedures in the growing field of Hepatology research on liver and Biliary Diseases that are prevalent in our population.
